The Highbury Library animted promo v5 350x350

As the season is pretty much done and dusted much of the focus was on saying goodbye to the three experienced midfielders who are set to depart at the end of the season. Unfortunately only Mikel Arteta makes the squad so brings me sadness in my eyes. I might actually see if I can log onto and see what the odds are of me crying when I see Rosicky in the crowd rather than on the pitch.

Interestingly though Arsene has made some changes to the starting 11 with Santi Cazorla coming back into the team and almost equally as surprising Arsene has selected Francis Coquelin who has been out of favour for the last few weeks. Jack Wilshere comes back into the team at the expense of Alex Iwobi but I had a feeling that would happen so we should see him starting from the flank.

Also very interesting is the fact that Theo Walcott has not made the squad, maybe that says something about his future.

Anyway lets hope for a good win to end our season and hope that Newcastle can do us a big favour today. That would be the only thing that could give me a smile through my tears.

Goodbye Tomas, all the best. Same goes to captain fantastic Arteta and Matty Flam.

Confirmed Line Up:

Bellerin Gabriel Koscieny Monreal

Coquelin Cazorla

Wilshere Ozil Alexis

Subs: Ospina, Gibbs, Arteta, Elneny, Ramsey, Iwobi, Campbell

His partnership with Mesut Özil, his running from deep and his underrated ball winning ability makes him a ...Read more
