Coquelin is one player I’ve been impressed with, he has done his job silently and steadily. He has shown he is a hard worker which is why the game today shouldn’t be a big deal for him. Arteta partnering him in the middle of the pack should help him stand firm. A midfield 3 of Coquelin – Arteta – Rosicky should be the way forward but as we all know our thinking isn’t Wenger’s thinking and he would always come out with what he deems fit enough to make a huge statement and I fully

Good Morning friends,
Not done this in a while, recent happenings has made it difficult to put words into writing but my friend Mean Lean is tied up with work, meaning I have to step in to help which I’m very much comfortable in doing even though its difficult making sense at the moment. Let’s just hope I don’t bore you.
Another match day today, another fight for 3 points, another fight to climb up the table after recent failings. 1 point from 12 points isn’t exactly the stuff we are made of. Blackburn at home comes at the right time to put things on the right path. It is 3 points or nothing today and Wenger has a job on his hands to make them fired up for the battle at hand.
Our last outing against this same side, we lost in a manner that I actually can’t describe. Today, hopefully would be different. We just need to get our acts together, fight as a team and punch the net when the opportunity comes.
I’m all for rotation and seeing that we haven’t done much of rotation this season, the effects are already telling in our squad. Song looks a shadow of himself, Ramsey is looking exhausted and needs a breather while Theo needs to start from the bench sometimes. But the big question is – Can Wenger afford to risk not starting these 3… My answer at this point is a BIG YES!!!
Going into today’s game, some tough decisions would have to be made. For me starting Song and Ramsey from the bench should be considered with Coquelin and Rosicky starting alongside Arteta. Rosicky for me isn’t getting enough games which in my opinion isn’t good enough. He was the best of the bunch in midfield against Villa and I was shocked to my bones when he wasn’t listed as a starter against Bolton. His drive with the ball today should do us well coupled with his movement and ability to draw opposition players out of position would create openings for us to wreck damage.
Coquelin is one player I’ve been impressed with, he has done his job silently and steadily. He has shown he is a hard worker which is why the game today shouldn’t be a big deal for him. Arteta partnering him in the middle of the pack should help him stand firm. A midfield 3 of Coquelin – Arteta – Rosicky should be the way forward but as we all know our thinking isn’t Wenger’s thinking and he would always come out with what he deems fit enough to make a huge statement and I fully support his views even though I might not agree with them sometimes.
Our defence and attack pretty much picks itself except maybe for Chamberlain who has a slight knock. Arshavin should be called in and he has gotten a chance to put things right with a top performance after the bad press he has had to deal with in recent weeks/months.
My Predicted Line-up:
Szczesny
Sagna – Mertesacker – Koscielny – Vermaelen
Coquelin – Arteta – Rosicky
Walcott – RvP – Arshavin
Big positive from our opposition’s end is we don’t get to see Yakubu and Samba play, we all know the threat they pose so we can at least sit a little bit comfortably with this news.
A win today can only put pressure on Chelsea and Liverpool seeing that they are on hand to face UTD and Spurs respectively.
Fourth spot is there for the taking, we are capable of doing so… Let’s make today work, WE ARE THE ARSENAL!!!
