In my previous articles I have strongy criticized Arsene Wenger.I thought his team selection was really poor and his approach was too negative.Arsene has come under some really strong criticism after the fulham draw.A lot of fans really seem to be losing patience.It baffles me why all the blame is laid on wenger. For some weeks now all of us have been complaining about bendtner starting ahead of vela.Against Fulham he played our strongest possible lineup.Nasri,Arshavin,Vela and Van Persie featured in this team.We still ended up not scoring.How can one blame wenger for this? Is it his fault that a player of Van Persie’s calibre couldn’t convert a header from 5 yards out?

We usually struggle after a champions league encounter in the midweek but our current position in the table should be enough to motivate the players.Some of the players out there just dont seem to be motivated for these games.Players like denilson and diaby comes to the mind.I know that the manager is responsible for his players but there are certain things that are just out of his hand.Wenger has been really positive with his selection and tactics in the recent weeks. We must also not forget about the injury problems that we have been suffering.I know Manchester United have also suffered from injuries but unlike Arsenal they have not lost their players for a long period.Imagine cristiano ronaldo out for one year and rooney out for another 6 months.They will definitely struggle.Wenger has made his share of mistakes but its not fair to put the whole blame on him.

Clichy has been really poor.His defending hasn’t been great and going forward he gives us nothing.His end product is just awful.But still the fans chant his name.We really should get behind this team.These are arsenal players after all and we should support them.We are struggling to score right now.I think once we get that win under our belt we can go on a winning streak.If ever this team needed our full support it is now.
