Manchester City (a) Confirmed Line Up: Ozil out but Arsene selects attacking team

Didn’t see any of that coming that’s for sure. Firstly Mesut Ozil is out with a hip injury which is a crying shame. Breaking the assist record will now be quite tricky for the German with only a game to play after this one. I thought Francis Coquelin would almost certainly come into the side but Arsene has gone for a rather attack heavy side today. It looks as if Alex Iwobi will replace Mesut as the playmaker with Danny Welbeck moving wide in his place.

Per Mertesacker is out with a hammy so he is replaced with Gabriel at the heart of the defence. Looking at the team, it is pretty front footed so I wonder if we will play high up and go for it. Is it a good idea? I dunno really, we played the game perfectly last season but at the same time City will have had less rest than us and do not look up for the fight.
Meanwhile in the not so nice part of North London, Tottenham are losing at home to the Saints. Is it happening again? Let’s beat City and we can see what happens.
Confirmed Line Up:
