It is the start of pre season training for the Gooners today, I cannot tell you how happy I am about that.
The rumours are boring me to tears, I have already had enough of this Melo situation. I wish these things could be done behind the scenes as our club would want it to be. Instead we have it shoved in our faces.
I would much rather watch the clips of Cesc and Rosicky doing short passes together in training, seeing a picture with Arshavin wearing a silly yellow hat, or Eboue riding on Song’s back both grinning (behave yourself!)
Instead we are fed the same rubbish as we have been almost daily.
The hacks have taken another angle in trying to get Cesc Fabregas on a plane to Spain. They know that Cesc has denied that he is going to leave Arsenal so instead they have gone for the clubs throat instead. Apparently a £40 million bid would be too much to turn down. Just shut up and move on to John Terry going to Manchester City. Forget the fact that Chelsea have said that he is not for sale at any price just stop talking about our players.
Martin Keown has been talking about the quality of Jack Wilshere and all I can say is shhhhhhhhhhhh don’t tell anyone. He is our secret weapon. I do wonder if his role in the first time will be shifted a little this time round. Will he get the chance to come off the bench more often? That is the question. I sure do hope so because technically he can handle the first team, physically is more the question.
Quick post about nothing today, must go and think about something other than bloody Melo and Barcelona.
