Emmanuel Eboue has been speaking very highly about Theo, saying that he can be the best player in England if he works hard, that could be so, but in the meantime he should be left to improve and develop his game
This is the downside to writing a blog later than many of the other Arsenal blogs out there. I have already sucked up the end of the juice through my straw whilst others still have yesterdays afternoon news to drink.
What kind of metaphor is that? I have no idea but in my mind it sounded good but now I have actually typed it, I should really delete it but this is all about free styling, letting out all the daily junk that fills my mind, quite therapeutic I must say.
Speaking of which, I would like to hold my hands up and apologize for some of the errors that I find in some of my articles. I am usually running on a deadline before I get back to work so rechecking over my articles is often ignored, then when I get back to the article, post publishing, it has stupid mistakes like ‘the’ instead of ‘they’ and other annoying things that the spell check has turned a blind eye to. It kind of makes me wince a little inside, so sorry about that.
Ok, back to Arsenal stuff. Well, the limited amount of news that I can find.
Continuing on the yesterday’s Theo Walcott discussion, the winger has now spoken about his fitness at present. He is feeling as fit as ever and is looking to push on for the rest of the campaign.
Walcott said:
“I feel fit as anything I’ve felt, I feel really good now so hopefully I can stay fit and look after myself. I’ve had such a stop-start season, I’ve lost so many games I’ve lost count.
“But I should feel fresh, I felt fresh against Sunderland and the Stoke game isn’t until next weekend, so there’s plenty of time to recover and start again from there. It will be a difficult game but I do feel fresh.
Really and truly, Theo Walcott should be able to play Wednesday and Saturday from now until the end of the season, although I am not quite sure what he will do when we play on a Sunday but you know what I am getting at.

An interesting angle on Theo Walcott, written by a reader Ugandan Gooner can be read here.
We really need Cesc Fabregas back in tip top shape because [insert cliche] when he plays well, the whole team play well [close cliche]
He has had a slight dip since the Chelsea game, which is to be expected. He couldn’t go on playing like superman for the whole season but if he needs any assistance with his cape then I would be all too willing to help him. [insert another cliche] he is the talisman and is capable of dragging the team through when times are hard [close cliche] so let us all hope that Cesc can continue his superhuman goals and assists record.
ok, well that is it for today. I am back playing football after a nagging injury that refuses to go away but I cannot bare not playing anymore. Perhaps I should pop off to the Arsenal medical team and see what they can do for me. Ok, perhaps not.
Back again tomorrow.
