I have been thinking recently about the reasons why the Arsenal have such a high chance of gaining the premierhip. If i was a betting man, given the odds Arsenal are looking a healthy prospect Here are some reasons I believe they can do it

1. Under dog status

During the offseason gunners fans where bombarded with the prospect of being ejected from the top 4, with Man u’s spending spree, Chelsea’s money, Liverpools signings and Totenhams sigingings. in comparison to Arsene’s solitary purchases of a relitivly unkown striker, right back and keeper. This underdog status that has stuck with the gunners has been one of the main reasons for such a flying start to the premiership with no one expecting us to go so well. And with the media still waiting for the “bublle to burst” , Arsenal can keep plugging away and will soon there way as title contenders.

2.Arsene Wenger

He is arguably the most crucial aspect of our title bid, with Arsene’s skill as a manager already showcased within th early stage of the season with him sticking under the radar and upstaging the high flying, fergason, benitez and the mouhrino (while he was still around)

3.Fabregas and Van persie

I know this heading only targets two players out of a team ful of stars, but i feel these two are the key. Van persie is a big game player, as the past week have shown. Fabgregas is key to our midfield and with him and van persie on song there is not many defences that can hold them back. Fabregas’s aggression and tenasity is a also a key aspect behind driving the team.

4.Team Work

one of the remarkable changes i have noticed in comparison to last season is the team attitude and passion, the team huddles before each half and after the game are testament to the team attitude that is needed to succeeed through the premiership. this i felt was missing last season.

5.Goals from the midfield

With cesc, Rosicky and Hleb finding there scoring touch early in the season the signs are there for the midfleild to have a major say in our potential outcome.

on a final note , many are saying it is too early to be puttin us as title challengers? but why is that, have we not proved we have the steel to go toe to toe with the best in the league. i think the critisism should be directed at our rivals who have yet to show what then hype is about. we have potential to fill, they have distances to fall.

I am very optimistic about this season.
