Boro will not know what hit them

Robin Van Persie should start the game and he will not disappoint infront of our fans. Ok, I feel like I want to go overboard about the game so I will control myself until Thursday or Friday

I am looking forward to our next league match against Middlesbrough on Saturday at the Emirates (It is funny how everyone said that they would not call it that but everyone does)

I know it is far to early to be talking about a match that takes place in 5 days time but after our last three results this is the perfect game to put our bad form to bed. I don’t normally talk this way but I think Boro better watch out for a good old fashioned beating. I can feel 4-0 in my blood.

Boro will not know what hit them.

Robin Van Persie should start the game and he will not disappoint infront of our fans. Ok, I feel like I want to go overboard about the game so I will control myself until Thursday or Friday.

Cesc Fabregas has been speaking to the Spanish press and he says that he has made the right decision in joining Arsenal. The young Spaniard was also full of praise for our manager Arsene Wenger.

“I don’t know (if I’ll return),” he said. “I’m fine where I am, I’m learning a lot and I’m at the ideal club to grow, with a great coach and good team-mates.

“He [Wenger] is the best coach I’ve ever had and the more time I spend working with him the more I learn.

He also would love to play against his former club in the final of the Champions League.

Fabregas, 20, said: We’d like to avoid them [Barcelona] at this stage and save them for the final after what happened in Paris two seasons ago.

“But if we do draw them then we know we will have a big extra incentive to beat them and we believe we could do it.”

I would love us to get to the final and get our revenge over them after what happened in 2006. How about a Fabregas winner in stoppage time, just before Kolo Toure makes a last ditch challenge on Thierry Henry 30 seconds earlier.

*snaps out of daydream mode* I think the first priority is to regain our form and get players like Rosicky and Van Persie fully fit for the remainder of the campaign.

I was watching Arsenal TV last night (sorry Virgin subscribers) and they had a program called Legends on where they talk about the previous err legends of the club. Thierry Henry was the focus that evening and it brought back so many good memories. The guy was just out of this world. Watching this young unpolished gem join the club and the blossom into the superstar that he was, was quite remarkable. We do not always realise how lucky we were to have him at the club.

The likes of Adebayor, Van Persie, Vela, Walcott etc should sit down and watch that program and try to improve at the rate he did.

There is not much else out there to talk about right now though, so I am gonna leave it at that. Enjoy your Tuesday.

Until tomorrow.
