Arsene has gotten his knickers into a twist at the suspicion that Inter Milan might be attempting to tap up Alex Hleb. Whilst Arsenal were in Italy, Alex Hleb thought it was cool to go for a nice ice cream with Italian agent Claudio Vigorelli. Apparently they went to Inter’s headquarters. Maybe they have really special Ice cream at Inter that he wanted to try out, or maybe Hleb is soon to be the face of Italian Ice cream. Or just perhaps he was actually doing a Cole behind our backs.
Vincenzo Morabito who is a top agent admitted to the meeting.
Morabito said: “It is true that Hleb saw Vigorelli and that they went out from the Media Felix hotel where Arsenal were staying but it is not true that they went to talk to Inter. They went for an ice cream. We are sorry that Mr Wenger took it badly and complained because we have a good relationship.”
Is this the same Alex Hleb who has come out on more than one occasion to state how happy he is at Arsenal.
If this is true then it is quite a kick in the teeth to Arsene who has put alot of faith and trust into Hleb who was inconsistent to say the least last season. He is my current favourite player (regardless of the stick he seems to be getting from Gooners these days) so it is especially displeasing to hear, if true of course.
While Hleb has allegedly been sneaking about behind the club, Adebayor has spoke about how Arsenal is ‘Like a family’
We are all the same generation,” Adebayor told the Daily Express. “We all understand each other well, we know what we need to do.
“After the match sometimes we go into town together and have a drink and a chat.
“We hang out together, live together and we’re like a family.”

We have brought alot of these players to the club at a young age where they have had to play in the youth and reserve teams and grow up together while watching the likes of Dennis Bergkamp, Thierry Henry, Patrick Vieira, Bobby Pires and of course Pascal Cygan in training.
I cannot see how you can have much of a family at Liverpool when the manager chops and changes players every summer. He must have been really good at Premier Manager.
Adebayor was also full of praise for our two central midfilders.
“Here everyone know about the clairvoyance of Cesc Fabregas. He sees the game so clearly, better than anyone,” added Adebayor.
“I don’t even need to talk to him for him to know where I am – same with Flamini, I don’t need to ask.
“They know I like to make runs and to receive the ball deep so we don’t need to talk, all I need to do is call and the ball arrives.”
Poor ol Ade has received some harsh criticism of late by Gooners. He will be a different player once Van Persie gets on the ball and starts scoring goals again. Adebayor is doing alot of work practically on his own up front right now. One dry patch without many goals from him show how much we rely on him to put the ball in the back of the net. Supporters seem to not realise that Adebayor is a big reason why we are tied on points at the top.
The Chelsea match is coming up and I have a good feeling about it. I will not jinx the side with any kind of prediction as my last one was terrible and I got set upon by Boro fans. Nice home record they have there haven’t they? Someone told me that records are there to be broken.
