Who will play left wing? / Jack the lad looks special

Like alot of Gooners have been lately, I have been watching alot of reserve football on Arsenal TV and have been very impressed with a certain 16 year old, Jack Wiltshire

Thank you to Squid boy for writing the My Vision yesterday, I am back today with a couple minutes to write this.

Wow, there is alot of crap today regarding Arsenal’s finances and more importantly transfer funds.

I was reading through comments from a certain bog site yesterday and I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Alot of people want Arsene to come out and say he has £500 million to spend and he hopes to add 5 £30 million signings.

Why on earth would Arsene come out and say that he has alot of money even if he did? That would only drive up the price on potential targets. Wenger is not going to come out publicly and tell every Tom Dick and Harry how much he has to spend and who he wants to spend it on.

I am going to try and move away from the transfer speculation for today. The whole Flamini, Hleb and every player in world football being linked to us is driving me slightly crazy so a days rest will do me good.

With Diaby getting injured (again) for the reserves and Hleb being suspended for the rest of the season it leaves us short on the flanks. The most logical solution would be to draft back in Eboue and switch Walcott to the left wing.

The trouble with this is that I can imagine that Arsene will not want to move Walcott after his weekend performance. The trouble is our left side are all out for one reason or another. Hleb, Rosicky and Diaby all miss the match.

Hopefully we can score a few goals against a very leaky Derby defence. I keep saying that Van Persie will score every time I talk about a game so I think he will have a terrible match and come nowhere near scoring a hat trick *ahem*

Alot of people have been liking him to Steve Gerrard but I wouldn’t say that at all. He is more of a touch player than a driving player. I think he will break through into the first team at about 18-19. If his attitude is correct and not Pennant like then I cannot see anything other than a future Arsenal and England star. I am not usually one for hyping up players at this age but this kid looks special.

Right, gotta shake a leg. Back tomorrow.
