Good morning,

Very quick post today, it is my brothers first communion this morning and there is plenty to do before that. There is not a great deal to speak about right now, I am worried about the amount of times I am saying this. We hardly into the close season.

Don’t worry there are many things that I want to discuss about the squad and what I think Wenger wants to achieve this summer.

I want to start by congratulating Portsmouth for winning the FA Cup but I have to say unlucky to Cardiff who looked a very capable side against the Premier League team. It is nice to see some Championship sides try and play football the correct way instead of lumping it forward to a big striker whenever they can.

Former favourite Dennis Bergkamp is back involved in football. He has taken up a coaching role and Van Basten’s Ajax.

Van Basten said: ‘It is important for Ajax to have as much quality as possible and it is obvious that Dennis has qualities.’

I do miss what Dennis brought us. The guy’s technique was just astonishing. No matter how the ball was played to Dennis, you knew that it would be trapped dead. I will always prefer the quarter back and greyhound strike partnership. It looks like Wenger has surely moved away from that with this 3rd side.

It looks like the club are moving to secure Clichy, Sagna and Cesc Fabregas which would clearly be a very important move in light of the Flamini saga. With the new rules in place more clubs will be offering contracts on a regular basis.

Does anyone know when the Cesc Fabregas show will be on television? I have a feeling that I am going to miss it.

Anyone who is hoping for a transfer to go through today, forget it. It is Sunday. But who knows maybe Monday as the season is over with in alot of countries.
