Can Ade leave? / I want an explanation from the press

That is like going out looking for a house to live in and finding a perfect place for you and your family then advertising it in your local newspaper yourself

Good morning to you,

Same ol same ol, once again this morning with Adebayor taking over from Hleb at the top of transfer rumour championships.

Galliani was speaking to Antenna3 television and made comments about the Togo forward.

“Today Arsenal sent us a letter saying they were willing to talk to us about Adebayor,” said Galliani. “The letter from Arsenal that says, ‘Following our communication of 13th June, in which we informed you we were not willing to deal over Adebayor, now we are writing to tell you that we will consider a deal if it still interests you’.

“If Adebayor decides to leave, Milan definitely want him but it is clear that if an offer arrives from Barcelona it would be difficult for him to say no.”

I find that a little strange to be honest. Why in gods name would you want to announce that a player is for sale if you wanted to sign him. That is like going out looking for a house to live in and finding a perfect place for you and your family then advertising it in your local newspaper yourself. Funny how clubs operate completely different to Arsenal. To be honest I am very skeptical about what I read these days.

I quite like the way we appear to be playing hardball about Adebayor’s price tag, we do not seem to be budging on our valuation. Like I have said if we let go of Adebayor and Hleb then you can expect to see some last minute dealings. In what would be Arsene’s busiest summer since joining Arsenal in 1996.

Like I said yesterday, the Hleb story yesterday was complete nonsense and he came out later and denied saying anything negative about Arsene or Cesc. Listen to how The Mirror explained the clarification.

Arsenal’s Alexander Hleb has made a clumsy attempt at making peace with boss Arsene Wenger and team-mate Cesc Fabregas.

The Belarus midfielder still made it clear he wants to quit the Gunners though, and followed up his claim Fabregas is selfish by describing him as “egotistic” in front of goal.

Still trying to twist and portray the incorrect information. What is wrong with them? There is only one way to put and end to this. We have to take a trip to London zoo borrow some hungry Lions and Bears. Invite the tabloid press to a press conference stating that we have signed John Terry and Wayne Rooney (just to get their bull dog spirit juices flowing) then unleash the Beasts (no, not Julio) and lock the doors. It may be messy but short term we will not have to hear so much crap every blinking day

You know what? I am going to write a letter (probably email) to all these tabloids complaining about the mistreatment of our club against all the other clubs and ask them what their agenda is. Just to see if I get any response. Not likely.

If I do hear back then I shall post it on here. If anyone else decides to do the same then post your letter or/and response in the Contact us button and I will also post it up.

Have a good day. Drop your view in the comments.

Until tomorrow.
