So finally arsenal have found some form and consistency.We are one a 8 game unbeaten run in the premier league now.It frustrates me that it could have been very easily a 8 game winning streak and we would have been joint top at this moment.But we are currently 6 points behind united and there is nothing much we can do about that.

Midfielders are now a lot more disciplined.One player who has really impressed recently is denilson.He has played with a lot of discipline recently.Doesnt give away the ball often and is always seen tracking back.Diaby has not been spectacular but fairly solid.I still cant understand why wenger keeps playing eboue.He says eboue gives us stabilty which i think is rubbish.Ramsey can do a better job.

Against hull he just kept giving the ball away.Makes a couple of nice runs which will end in him diving or again giving the ball away.Collectively the team has played solidly recently.The flair has been missing but what we need currently is points in the table.One player has simply stood out in the recent weeks.

Van persie has been simpy stunning in the last 5 or 6 matches.He has been creating chances,scoring goals and has been working his socks off.His performances are even more impressive considering the fact that he gets little service from the midfielders.Apart from nasri no one else has been creating chances .Wonder where we would have been placed currently if it wasnt for van persie.Arsenal are on a good run now and they should keep this run going.In a way its good that our next match is everton away.Complacency wont creep in and we have been a victim of it in the past.

If reports are to be believed we are on the verge of capturing anderi arshavin.Without doubt he is an extremely talented player.But whether he will be able to fit into the premier league is a totally different question.I have a feeling he will do well.He will probably take a lilttle bit of time but i think he will come good.He hasnt joined yet and since its arsenal you never know what is going to happen.If he does join it will be interesting to see where wenger plays arshavin.Arshavin usually play behind the striker or in the left wing.

Is wenger going to switch nasri into the center?.I am not really sure.I would like to see diaby in the middle with denilson and nasri play on the right and arshavin on the left.Wonder what wenger is going to do when rosicky comes back.I still hope wenger is in the market for a defensive midfielder.With arsene wenger you never know what is going to happen.Its FA CUP next and i expect wenger to put out a strong side against cardiff.We really should try to win some silverware this season and the FA CUP is our best chance compared to the premier league and the champions league.
