Your Vision – Arsenal: The need to create a Super Brand

Indonesia. Freddie Ljunberg himself commented on how stunned he was by the reception he received from fans in Indonesia when he landed there recently. I’m a bit disappointed that Arsenal hasn’t seen the opportunity to expand their image in a country like India unlike United which has already established a name there. A few years back it was even hard to get an Arsenal away kit in a Nike store in India. No such problem for United though since Nike quickly realized that the demand for United

Your Vision – Attacking Diversity, Attacking Midfielders and Recruitment for the 2013/2014 Season

That said, there is, in my opinion, still a need for Arsenal to balance its attacking diversity between using the side’s primary attacking approach and using alternate attacking approaches.   If balance in Arsenal’s attacking diversity is not considered by the team and the side diverts too often from its primary attacking approach, I foresee players failing to understand their role in the team's attacking build up play, which increases the likelihood of Arsenal’s build up play breaking down. However, if the team become too focused on one single attacking approach and does not vary that approach often enough, then the side is faced with the aforementioned one dimensional attacking conundrum. That said, I thought the team at the back end of the

Your Vision – Tactics and Squad Rotation for 2013/14

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain who would provide a great counter to such tactics as he is more than willing to have a shot from range. He may be the best we have in the squad for long distance efforts as more often than not he hits the target, but he also gets enough power into his shots to trouble the opposition’s keeper. In fact, we could introduce Podolski

Does Arsene view Cesc & Higuain style additions as the way forward?

Cesc Fabregas rolled back the years to his Arsenal days, playing in his old position behind the front man, he made a goal for his strike partner with a delicious reverse pass, reminiscent of his switch to Ljungberg at White Hart Lane a number of years ago

Your Vision – Arsenal:Penny wise, Pound foolish?

Rooney, Fellaini and Higuain being talked about. But yet again news is filtering in that Arsenal are losing the battle in signing Higuain and Fellaini due to the fact that they aren’t meeting the transfer fees of each player. One cannot stress the importance of signing these two players. Both are world class performers with stellar records, both are worth every penny, yet the club have gone back on the policy of saving as much as possible in signing these two players. This approach is fraught with stupidity. Recently Ivan Gazidis has gone on record to state that Arsenal can spend 25 million on players and can afford to pay 175k a week wages. While this may look like positive talk, that is all it will remain until further action is taken. Making tall claims is one matter, walking the talk is a whole other. Many critics have simply dismissed this as a mere PR stunt to get fans to buy more season tickets since the time of renewal usually falls in this period

Your Vision – My Evolution into a Philly Gooner

Arsenal FC and Tottenham Hotspur FC, who have no love lost between them. So a couple of friends and I decided to head down there and see what it’s like. Let me tell you — it was a great experience and one which I will remember for a long time. The pub itself is very nice and spacious. The owners seemed to be big fans of Celtic FC

Attitude cost Bendtner his Arsenal career & Write for Arsenal Vision

Nicklas Bendtner had every chance to become an Arsenal striker but his head was not screwed on correctly. Look at Aaron Ramsey and his attitude and the compare it to Bendtner and hey presto there is the difference While the Dane isn't the technically the best

Gazidis: Wenger will have greater transfer funds & We’ll reach Bayern’s level soon

Arsenal shareholders in tonight's Q&A session. In truth I am sure most of us could guess what the content of the evening would have been before he uttered his first word. Much of what he said has already come out to the press only a few days ago. There will be some detailed articles on this evening and tomorrow I am guessing from those who attended this evening. A few of those attendees were kind enough to tweet the goings on via the weird and wonderful world of Twitter. I thought I'd pick out a few of the questions and his answers and then give my view if you don't mind

Your Vision – Why Fellaini would be the perfect signing for Arsenal & Hints of his arrival?

signing Lionel Messi would be, but pretty darn great. I'm actually a season ticket holder at Everton so I have watched Fellaini play regularly now for almost 5 years and seen him in attacking midfield and defensive midfield a lot. Having seen this I can come to the conclusion that he is best, as he himself says, as a defensive midfielder. And this is why he's the ideal signing for Arsenal

Thoughts on Fellaini and bullish Gazidis

Fellaini's £22m-£24m buy out clause can be paid by many clubs, luckily we are now in that list so if we wanted to slap down that amount on Everton's desk then there is no reason why we cannot should Arsene want the player, the issue then becomes who else manages to trigger the buy out clause because there are a number of clubs who can offer higher wages than we can. I don't see Arsenal
