Reading (a) Thoughts & Line Up: Arshavin’s Chance + Theo & Gnabry offer serge of pace

Arsene Wenger always has that sparkle in his eyes when he speaks about Serge and he once again explained how he has all the tools to become a top class talent. The part I found interesting was when Arsene spoke about the possibility of Gnabry being able to play as a center forward. Interesting because I have been speaking about how I would love us to have a fast, technical, powerful shooter.

QPR (h) – Jack impressed, Arshavin makes difference & halting the rot

Mackie ran past three Arsenal defenders and should have scored but for a very good block from Vito Mannone in the Arsenal goal. After his mistake at Norwich he needed something to redeem himself and that was just about it. Before our goal Mbia stupidly kicked out at Vermaelen after losing to a shoulder barge. Rather strange behaviour

QPR (h) Thoughts & Line Up: Arsene’s search for freshness lands on Jack Wilshere

Jack Wilshere was supposed to take his place on the bench once again today and come on late in the second half but a double dose of jaded bad performances may have left the manager with not much choice. Our team needs fresh legs, needs a spark to get it started once again and the members of the midfield who can do that apart from Wilshere are all injured.

Schalke (h) – The nightmare continues, Fixing cut wires & Finding automatic

Francis Coquelin was included last night, his first game for a while now and the boy done good. We have had issues of players coming in without games and not being able to produce due to lack of game time. Coquelin looked sharp, passed cleanly and as Tom Watt would say 'the boy loves a

Schalke (h) Thoughts & Line Up: Rotation starts from the top, Crossing & Team templates

Schalke team that have just beaten the German Champions in Dortmund. That is the best preparation that a visiting team would need so if any Arsenal players were to even show a glimpse of complacency then I hope one of the coaching staff slaps that complacency out of

Rosicky needed to take creative weight off Cazorla shoulders

Jack Wilshere's return to this Arsenal team and that is understandable, Wilshere is a fantastic all round player and could become an Arsenal great in time but I think the one player who we have missed a lot this season is last season's Tomas Rosicky. Rosicky came into the team in the second half of last season and was one of our best players

Eisfeld at the double, Arteta’s comments confuse & Too early for point gaps

Arsenal. It was now time for Damian Martinez. I was desperately trying to get the second half going but my mind went on another direction. When I awoke in my ill and somewhat dazed state, I came to the conclusion that I wasn't over the Norwich display. Mikel Arteta's comments post match left me feeling a little confused also.

Norwich (a) – Arsenal suffer 11 man team issues again

Lukas Podolski is the best finisher at the club, has a fantastic career goalscoing record yet is continuously playing as full back support, doing his defensive duty and getting involved in short passes at the half way line. When was the last time we sent Podolski through on goal? Where are the type of lung busting runs that we saw at Anfield

Norwich (a) Thoughts & Predictions: Injury shouldn’t stop this team + Jack’s Back Video

Jack Wilshere who will be taking his place amongst the substitutes but I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't feature in the game at all. Had the likes of Rosicky, Diaby and perhaps Coquelin been fit then i

Jack Wilshere back in squad, Revolving injury doors & Away form

Wilshere and Emmanuel Frimpong are all close while Andre Santos has been catching up on some match fitness as he prepares to step in for the unfortunate Kieran Gibbs. Santos apart, I don't see any of the others starting just yet, not just because of their own lack of sharpness but because the players in their places are doing a very good job of it. I am very interested to see what happens with
