Barcelona (h) Match Thoughts & Predictions: Does this indicate Rosicky starting ahead of Arshavin?

rosicky_1if this is the case then we could witness Andrey Arshavin sitting on the Arsenal bench with Tomas Rosicky keeping his place from the weekend

Almunia unfairly sat on the naughty step? / Will Cesc join Abou & Gallas?

He is a member of the Arsenal squad that has made a positive contribution at many vital moments of the season? Yes he has, but as with all players who are not flavour of the month or year

Injuries, Henry & Bolton want Wilshere stay

Much is being made of Sol Campbell not being able to play two games a week but I think that is being somewhat overplayed. It is not written on his contract that he cannot play twice a week. This is an exceptional circumstance

Wilshere a ray of light on a dark day & It’s not over until Mido sings

Jack Wilshere showed his class yesterday for Bolton against Manchester United. The run of games look like they are doing the trick, he has now established himself in their side and is pulling out the type of classy passes that we have seen from him at youth and reserve level

Birmingham (a) Post Match Thoughts: Missed chances and late goal returns to haunt Gunners

almunia_1Abou Diaby had the ball in the back of the net 15 minutes before the end. Howard Webb blew for a non existent foul before Diaby fired into the bottom corner

Birmingham (a) Match Thoughts & Predictions: Aging legs will have to cope with Brum speed

silvestre_1I have mentioned it before and I shall do so again, Song has not started ahead of Silvestre in that position this season when the decision has needed to be made so I am not sure if Arsene will want to move Song out of his current position

My advice to Loic Remy & Birmingham the focus not Barca or Eduardo

Even with our stupid never ending injury list I cannot see Arsene spending over £10 million shiny sheckles on a forward along with Van Persie, Chamakh (apparently), Bendtner, Eduardo, Vela, Walcott, Arshavin and then our youngsters. It is highly unlikely

Wenger’s strongest side close to being fielded? & Transfer stupidity

fter a quick flick through our line ups, we haven't played with what I would say is Wenger's strongest line up, obviously it is subjective in certain areas. After the spine of the side the remaining variables depends much of the opposition, home or away (not the TV show of course)

Arshavin, did he or didn’t he? / Gallas to stay? & Song vs Silvestre

I wouldn't be surprised to see Silvestre line up alongside Sol Campbell in the midlands come the weekend. If Silvestre isn't out of favour then the only reason why he could be left out would be because of the form of our midfield

Your Vision – Arsenal fans, A massive disappointment

wenger_2But wait a minute I hear you cry. We haven't won anything in 5 years, these weak arsenal fans regurgitating that media drivel we hear everywhere from arsenal haters. Again take a moment, another deep breath
