Arsenal have been given labels from journalists and pundits, many of which seem to be ex Arsenal players. They are churned out over and over again, even if the labels have no truth whatsoever
Arsene has been talking about the role of the midfielder's and that relying for his strikers for goals will be a thing of the past. ok, maybe he didn't quite say that but he has spoken about the importance of his midfield
His eye for a pass at his age is truly fantastic and we know about the power hidden away in that left foot of his. Merida has been a player that I have been watching closely for a few years now and I hope he can stay and develop at the best club in world football for developing players
Cesc Fabregas ran the show again and is really showing consistency at the right time. Lets keep him fit for the rest of the season and we will have a great chance to winning the league. Cesc lifts the team and seems to raise other around him
So what are we going to do against our bogey side Bolton tomorrow? Arsenal always find it tricky up north against the physical powerful Bolton team, probably cause our boys don't like it up em!
Bendtner is coming back to the first team soon and that will ease the pressure slightly but Bendtner may not be match sharp and fit until sometime next month. I suppose the questions are, can our front men hold the fort until Bendtner is ready
Robin Van Persie certainly isn't a target man but it works for him because of his ability to drop off and play as the link man. I see Bendtner in that same mould and potentially he could link up well with Arshavin
I see Sol Campbell as a temporary measure until Johan Djourou comes back to the fold. Campbell can pass on his know how to the likes of Bartley, Ayling and Djourou who all have a big future at the club
Had we had most of our players fit for during this campaign then I believe we would be sat top of the league right now. Van Persie, Theo Walcott, Tomas Rosicky......
If we can get hold of our rhythm during that game then we will be set up nicely for the rest of the games. Luckily for us, Cesc Fabregas should be back, hopefully wearing his superman outfit underneath his Arsenal kit
