After watching the wonderful Eight Years Of Memories video (and if you haven't yet done so then what on earth are you waiting for) I had to make an audacious swoop to land him at Arsenal Vision HQ, well this is the silly season after all. Ambitious and quality targets aside there have been some other very positive developments. The movement of all the deadweight that was hampering the side is a huge change.
