I personally think we are good enough to win the league, I have no doubts about that. The first half of the season told me that but I just feel like we have lost form and confidence at the wrong time and it is not easy to get it back
If the jury’s still out on Nic Bendtner, they must be very close to returning a guilty verdict. Apart from his outstanding bit of defending for Liverpool, I’m finding it hard to pinpoint what impact he actually had on the game after coming on
Emmanuel Eboue was having an awful first half and was not doing anything offensively and defensively. Alot of fans have slagged him off and I have tried to stay positive with him but at the moment he just does not offer the side enough quality
I hope Arsene Wenger will go 4-4-2 but he tends to go 4-5-1 in European games. As Liverpool will be playing 5 across midfield I expect Van Persie to be on the left which would be a shame.
Sagna will miss all three games against Liverpool, as will Rosicky, probably. Other than that everyone’s available. I think we’ll probably go with Toure at right back again as it allows for the strongest back four we have available
I have heard reports that Flamini has agreed terms with Juventus but it could be alot of crap so lets just wait and see what happens
Away from this to more important matters. Alot of you Gooners will know that it is the 7th year anniversary of David Rocastle's tragic death
"Two-nil and you f*cked it up" sang the away fans to their home counterparts, along with "10 men, we’ve only got 10 men". But 2-2 wasn’t enough
Lack of quality upfront is the cost of our situation now. We are playing the best football in the world & its no point without end product. Our strikeforce.
Our football was quick and direct, we knew we had to score 3 goals in half hour so we forgot about the unnecessary side ways passing for the sake of it
