There were quite a few things wrong with our performance for the first two thirds of the game. Going forward, our build up play was slow, labored, and predictable as it has become over the last few weeks with this lineup. Along with that, our skillful players were giving the ball away too often, specifically Santi and Alexis, or they couldn’t get into the game in the first place, specifically Ozil and Ramsey

But I guess that fixture will be forgotten about if we can secure 3rd and win the FA Cup once more. So it is important we can keep the confidence we have had in recent weeks and ignore what was by all accounts a blip in a pretty impressive second half of the season. Danny Welbeck has lost his fitness race to be involved against his old club so I expect the team to remain the same. Arsene was asked about rotation and he said all his players would be needed in the run in but I don't see changes happening in what is a pretty big game, it is more than likely that we will make changes in midweek against Sunderland. At least that would make sense to me given the gap between the Swansea game until now.

It's funny because I always feel that since the invincibles side Arsenal have been a bit soft centred and easy to beat. If you flood the midfield and then go in a little hard then your lot seem to really struggle and latterly Fergie had really got a bit of an Indian sign over you. Especially at Old Trafford. I feel that we have to try and go back to that in this game. Last time out, in the FA Cup, we gave your pacy

Bellerin struggled for the first few games but alongside the experienced head of Mertesacker, he soon learned to vary his point of attack. His pace meant that if there was a reasonable chance of winning the ball, he could take it; but if not, he could give himself a yard and push the attacker outside, knowing that a heavy touch would see his pace come out on top. Since learning this invaluable lesson, Bellerin has become paramount to our structured game plan, both defensively and

The squad is pretty much the same from last week's match but Aaron Ramsey is a doubt after taking a whack to his ankle. Initially it looked quite bad and also pretty painful but having just watched the match again for the 3rd time Ramsey didn't look very restricted in his movement in the second half and when he was replaced by Jack Wilshere after 60 minutes, he trotted off the pitch without any obvious problems, or so it seemed from where I was watching. I wouldn't actually be surprised to see Ramsey fully fit and raring to go and his name on the team sheet when the line ups are handed out
His constant injury problems have hampered his progression as a player and for the first time Wilshere is not being held up as the golden child anymore. So much so that in some cases it's gone the other way. More and more Gooners are behind the idea of selling Wilshere in the summer and bringing in another player in his place. He holds onto the ball for too long, he is reckless and he is tactically poor are all criticisms leveled at Jack from many Arsenal fans. These are the reasons often cited as to why we should cash in on him. I understand some of the arguments, the same way I understood some of those who said Ramsey held onto the ball for too long, he attempted too many flicks, he was wasteful in front of goal and so on. You see where I'm going with this don't you?

Will (@LittleWillAFC) joins Elliot (@YankeeGunner) and James (@GoonerFanatic49) on this weeks podcast. The team discuss Arsenal's scintillating display against Hull City at the KC Stadium. Özil, Ramsey amongst others discussed on the show.
Walter White is working for Gustavo Fring and as time goes on, Walter is doing things that start to piss off Gus. You don't want to piss off Gus as he doesn't take too kindly to people crossing him. Anyone other than Walter would have literally bitten the bullet a long time ago but Walter is not just anybody, he is special and is able to produce something that nobody else can, so Gus has to bite his tongue until he can find someone who can learn from Walter before taking him out or at least attempt to. So Gus asks a couple of people to study Mr White and learn his secret so he can dispose of Mr White

Aaron Ramsey made yet another considerable contribution to a wonderful first half performance. As did Alexis Sanchez who has found a second wind of form after a mid-season dip. It was the Chilean's freekick which deflected in for our opener before Santi Cazorla spotted a Ramsey dart into a centre forward position and pinged a magnificent long pass with his 'weak' foot into Ramsey's body. Ramsey acting like an experienced centre forward turned his man and got his shot off and his effort flew in via yet another deflection. But I bet the third goal was the one that pleased Arsene the most
