Gael Clichy has been passed fit ahead of the trip to Kiev which is great news for Arsenal. Clichy is probably the most important left back in Europe right now

Good afta noo,

Some nice positives to write about today, Don’t you just love positives?

I shouldn’t really start with them but it just brings a smile to my face. Tottenham Hotspurs, the side that spent all that money over the summer, the side that now have the manager in charge to take over from us as the best team in North London, the team who have so many Englishmen amongst their ranks unlike foreign Arsenal are rock bottom of the league with 1 measly point.

Before the game I just knew that Aston Villa would beat them, infact I should have stuck a bet on. Martin O’Neills team know eachother, they are well organised and work as a team which is pretty much the opposite of what Tottenham are right now. Ramos is chopping and changing the team around every game. Modric and Jenas in central midfield in the first game of the season told me all I needed to know about Tottenham.

Its great that Arsenal and Spurs make me happy these days.

Enough about them, I could laugh at them for ages but I have more important things to talk about.

Gael Clichy has been passed fit ahead of the trip to Kiev which is great news for Arsenal. Clichy is probably the most important left back in Europe right now. He didn’t have his strongest game on the weekend against Blackburn but double role at Arsenal should never be underestimated. Watching Ashley Cole for England told me that he is now a poor mans Clichy, that is how much our left back has improved. We are still awaiting news on Eboue and Nasri before we have a better idea as to what team Arsene will field tomorrow, not that it will be easy as I am sure Wenger will want to rotate a little.

It will be interesting to see what Arsene’s pecking order is like in central defence now that Silvestre is back fit. Johan Djourou has been playing some of the best football of his career since the start of the season but the experience of Silvestre could catapult him above the Swiss International.

Just when you thought it was safe, just when you thought the pain was over and done with, along comes the daily mail with a Wenger set to make January move for Barca star Toure

No comment, I’m afraid.

I am making my football come back tonight after weeks out, wish me luck. Have a good one, back tomorrow no doubt.
