So the list continues ey? Bendtner, Lehmann, Gilberto, Diarra and now Diaby. I said that this sort of thing was going to happen in a previous article. We have compared him to Patrick Vieira on more than one occasion but he cannot hold down a place at Arsenal. I have no doubt that this is because of Cesc Fabregas. Correct me if I am wrong but I only remember Cesc and Diaby starting in central midfield once and that was away to Everton but as a rule, Arsene does not want to pair the two together because he likes someone more defensive alongside Cesc.
Diaby was speaking to http://www.football365.fr/ and said
“This time I have not been called up by France and I do not play that much for Arsenal, I need playing time. I thought that I would continue [to play] after I scored (against Derby County) but it did not happen.

Sticking Diaby on the left wing is not the answer though, Dropping Cesc is not the answer, playing him alongside Cesc is not the answer (in my opinion) so it is a case of being Patient or leaving I guess. *Sniff*
Super Ade is chuffed to bits to be back amongst the goals again.

Cesc Fabregas is saying positive things in the press again about our beloved club.
“Money is not what drives me. For me it is all about football. I did not run to Arsenal after Madrid’s interest and say, ‘give me a better contract’.”
“I’m playing, I’m happy and I’m grateful for the opportunity they gave me. It is a special thing to be a Gunner and it makes me proud.
