There is talk of Arsene replacing Lehmann for Almunia which is a little risky given the fact that Almunia hasn’t played for the last few weeks.

I don’t have much time to write anything today as I have blinked and the morning has practically vanished away from me. Circumstances today remind me of when we played Manchester City. Birmingham will stop us playing more than Manchester City did, we will not find as much time and space to play today. My biggest worry is the amount of commitment and fight the players will show today after Wednesdays exploits.

Is starting Almunia risky? Almunia hasn’t played for the last few weeks and Jens has played well. Almunia has had a fantastic season and deserves his position as number 1 but as we know continuity is key. Lets hope Manuel is confident in his abilities and does not make any mistakes.

Arsene would normally rest players at this stage with the games coming thick and fast but our squad may prove a little thing for him to do that.

Lets hope the boys give their best and we can jump to 8 points clear. Oh and I would luv it if King Kev would do us a favour later today.
