The way he took his second goal was very Michael Owen, not Henry as the press have been talking about. There is no doubt that Theo can score goals, he is a natural finisher. He looks at the goal keepers position before placing the ball unlike Adebayor.

The next two matches are very important to our club. Everyone knows that we haven’t played a big team so far but as the saying goes, you can only beat what is in front of you and we have done that well. Next up is Anfield, we do not have the best record there apart from last season minus the league match of course.
Arsene has to make some choices ahead of that match, maybe Theo Walcott has given Arsene a helping hand. Robin Van Persie’s injury has opened the door for the young Englishman and he took it with both hands. Arsene has always had one fast direct striker, Ian Wright, Nicolas Anelka, Thierry Henry and now Theo.

Adebayor must have about 2-5 chances per match and sometimes doesn’t take any of his chances. Walcott will convert a higher percentage than Adebayor. Depending on his movement, he could score 15-20 goals this season if given the chance.
Theo Walcott needs to get more involved in team build up, he needs to develop his picture of the pitch in his mind as Fabregas does. That has already improved from last season and will continue to get better with experience and games.
Is Theo Walcott ready for Anfield?
Is he ready for that type of pressure?
It is unlikely that he will get as many chances against Liverpool than he did against Slavia Prague. What he will be hoping for is to be in the same situation as he was for his second goal. Liverpool have a big pitch and may be able to latch onto a counter attack pass from Cesc, Hleb or Rosicky.
Theo Walcott allows the team to become very flexible during matches. We can start off 4-4-2
Sagna Toure Gallas Clichy
Rosicky Fabregas Flamini Hleb
Walcott Adebayor
And can easily change into 4-5-1 with Hleb playing in his deep role behind Adebayor.

So what now for Eduardo Da Silva?
He may have dropped down the pecking order by one for the time being but we know that he is currently adapting to the English game and the Arsenal way of playing. In a few months Arsene will have to make some serious choices between Van Persie, Adebayor, Eduardo and Bendtner.
I think that we will beat Liverpool on Sunday. Walcott will score if he plays. When players break their duck they usually score in the next game. Liverpool play against Besiktas in Turkey tonight and will have a day less preparation for Sunday and also have to deal with the traveling. Although Rafa could pick a completely different team for Arsenal.
