Goat looking French striker may not return as he battles with a thigh injury which is very good news because he seems to always score against us.

Wow, Internet access. It has been bloody weird not being able to pop online to check the latest news. I didn’t hear about Van Persie’s injury until yesterday, what is the point of International football? Arrghh! It makes me so mad.

Norfolk was cool, it was nice to get away from the hussle and bussle (Is that even a real word) of London, even if the weather was super shitty.

Hats off to Squid boy who done a fantastic job while I was away. If I had a boss I think he would sack me after that but I haven’t.. so there (thumb on nose, waving fingers and making stupid noises)

Today we face a managerless Bolton wonderers, Sammy Lee was given the boot and maybe a fist out of the club during the week. They could have at least been considerate enough to have waited until after the Arsenal match before they did that. Some teams seem to have this extra strength once a manager has gone but lets be honest, it is unlikely to happen today against a confident Arsenal side at home.
As much as I can’t stand the twat, it shows what a decent job that ugly, pie eating annoying wretch of a man Allardyce had done for the club.

I am not happy about Robin’s absence. To be honest, I don’t think there is a single soul (apart from Eduardo’s mum) who is pleased about the injury. He was in great form and seemed to find a little goalscoring run building up nicely. I didn’t see the injury but I hear it was unpleasant and could have been worse, so lets all look up in the sky and thank our little stars.

In these situations though, you have to find the positives, and our Crozilian International (Yep, its a new country) is the ray of light bursting out (cue the dramatic music)
Now is his time to build up a partnership with Adebayor and start scoring some goals. He has been in super form for his country and seems to score whenever he plays International football. I feel sorry for the Bolton defence, they are going to be chased and harried all over the shop.. well, pitch. And I can see those two being a very good partnership together. Although any team would miss the magic that Van Persie provides.

The expecting Jens Lehmann is fit and raring for his place on the bench! It will be very interesting to see if he is man enough to sit on the bench or pick up another mysterious left ear lobe injury. It looks like the end of the road for our mad German. Shame, he has been a good player for us and provided us with many fun memories.
I want to see Lukasz Fabianski fast tracked into the first team if the Carling cup was anything to go by. I still get a little freaked out when I see Almunia’s name on the teamsheet. Although credit where credit is due, Manuel has done a good job for us so far and has made some good saves, trouble is he still looks a bit shaky sometimes.

Some more good news, Chelsea are without Terry and Cashley for a good few games. Hopefully they can leak enough goals in that time to see them out of contention. Wishful thinking ey?!

How could I forget, the AGM! What wonderful news. The lockdown agreement is fantastic news for the club and a great two finger stick up at Jabba. He may as well sell the shares to me for £1.26 and piss off. Or he could just piss off, either way is good for me. Especially the first option.

I have had a few responses to YourVision but most of them are not checked first. No spell checks or even re-reading your stuff. But some of them are in some sort of text message type structure. You can’t really say stuff like ‘I fink we will win coz we ave da bes tem’ Come on, peoples!

I should really pack in the predictions after Robins freekick but I feel hot for another. Put your money on Bolton committing a foul on someone running clean through and then consequently being sent off for it. I can feel it in my waters.

ok, I am off to unpack and work out how I am going to watch the match today, ooh there will be a way. Raise your glasses to another 3 tasty points. Laters.

UPDATE: I wasn’t aware that the mad one had been dropped from the squad completely. Wow, it is certainally the end for the grumpy one.
