Lehmann vs Almunia fight / Barazite

He looks like quite an exciting talent whenever I have seen him. I don’t hear too many people raving on about him and I suppose I have only seen him a few times

Good Mor…wow! Its afternoon already. How time flies when your err.. anyway.

The Lehmann vs Almunia battle continues.

“It’s the first time I have not been playing and that is due to an elbow injury and Almunia has now said he is the better goalie,” Lehmann told The Sun.

“But if I join a team in which No.1 goalie has been the No 1 for years and also won titles and then I fail to perform, I find those remarks disrespectful.”

Can’t we all just get along?

Youngster Nacer Barazite is looking forward to the Carling cup and his hoping for his chance in the first team.

“I am very happy if I perform well,” he told Arsenal.com. “That is what I am here to do, to perform well for the Club, for the team. If I score a hat-trick like I did at the weekend (for the U18s) then that’s great for me, but first I am here to perform for the team.

“I definitely have my eye on the Carling Cup squad this season, but if I don’t play well like I can, then I have no right to be there. Hopefully though I can continue my good form with this team and stand a chance of making the next squad.”

He looks like quite an exciting talent whenever I have seen him. I don’t hear too many people raving on about him and I suppose I have only seen him a few times but he looks like a talented technical player who could grow into a good player. Not quite sure about what his best position is. Maybe another drop off striker or attacking midfielder. Because obviously we don’t have enough of those.

There isn’t much else on really, I could probably find something pointless to say but I can’t be bothered to waste your time.

MyVision will be temporarily Squid Boy’s vision from Tuesday until Friday as I am off for a family trip to Norfolk, so if the weather gets really shit during that period then blame me because thats normally my luck.

Fingers crossed for all the Arsenal lads to come back from Internationals injury free and for all the Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool players to come back with broken bones.
