Manchester City have not managed to do the double over Manchester United since 1970 and not many people would have backed them to do the same this year.

City defended in numbers but the difference between them and most teams who go to Old Trafford was the amount of players they used in the counter attack. On more than one occasion Manchester City had more forward players than Manchester United had in defenders.

It is 1 point in 6 for United and they will have to fix their problems before it is to late. Arsenal will need to click into the Arsenal rhythm as soon as possible against Blackburn.
