In today's Arsenal Vision Post Match Podcast: Elliot (@YankeeGunner), Paul (@PoznanInMyPants) and Tim (@Stillberto) talk about the 2-1 victory against Preston in the FA Cup. The pod talk about our slow starts to games, The Xhaka and Ramsey partnership, Is Giroud proving he is a super sub or is he forcing his way into the team? This and plenty more all discussed in this weeks Arsenal Vision podcast

There were some good individual performances on the night. The more I see of Elneny, the more I like him. Doesn't look to do anything flashy or highlight worthy, just makes good decisions from start to finish. Because of this, he rarely loses the ball, when you combine that with someone who works so hard on the pitch you cannot help but feel excited about his future role in the team. Alex Iwobi continues to look the part, gliding across the pitch, knitting everything together with his early and accurate passing
Paul (@PoznanInMyPants) and James (@GoonerFanatic49) talk about our stressful but ultimately successful semi final victory against Championship reading. Arsene's line up, Özil's passing, Szczesny's keeping and plenty more.

Nathaniel Chalobah has been at the heart of everything good for us since joining from Chelsea on loan. He'll be the heartbeat, looking to break up play and pick a pass when necessary. Jamie Mackie is our in form striker, although I think we'll see him out on the wing in favour of the five in midfield. Mackie will run all day, and should hopefully cause problems for your full backs. As for defensively, Adam Federici has been our player of the season thus far, and if we're to get anything from the game, Federici has to be at the top of his game.

I want Bacary Sagna back in the team by Bolton at the very latest but I really would like the youngster Nico Yennaris to be given a chance, especially after his very good 45 minutes in the second half against Manchester United. The former striker has yet to put a foot wrong since making the step up to the first team. I would love to see the youngster start today, his pace could be vital

Arsene has already confirmed that Henry will have some part to play in the game and for those who know Arsene's substitutions well over the years, I would guess that a 10-15 minute cameo at the end of the game would be a good bet. Those who are being handsomely paid for writing about the match

Chances are that it will be either Tomas Rosicky or Samir Nasri to play in the central role. Nasri has often been overlooked to play in the hole as Arsene likes to utilise his pace to get in behind the opposition
I am obviously pleased that we can get an emergency keeper but I think the rule is a little silly really. Why are clubs allowed to get a new keeper outside of the window? You have a squad, including reserves and youths and you should have to use those players and deal with whatever problems come your way. I also think that managers should be allowed to play whatever team they want, a squad is a squad and the manager should use his
