Backward fans, Reserves & Wenger award

I really take my hat off to Lukasz Fabianski this season. I think silence from Arsenal supporters is perhaps massive praise in itself. The January transfer window is here, Almunia is set to depart the club yet hardly a whisper of a new goalkeeper is in sight. It is a testament to how much he has improved as a keeper. Perhaps he hasn't actually improved at all, maybe he has found himself a run of games to iron out those flaws and build confidence. It is the reason why Wenger has stood by him and why Wenger has always believed in him.

Manchester City (a) Post Match Thoughts: Big game Nasri caps another Fab showing

There is a reason why Arsene Wenger and the coaching staff have had faith in our Polish stopper. There is a reason why after mistake after mistake he has been kept in the first team squad. There is a reason why Lukasz has statistically the best goalkeeping reflexes at the club. He has suffered from a lack of confidence and a lack of a run of games and that has been the most difficult hurdle to overcome. He seems to have overcome both of those problems now. He is playing games and looks full of self belief

Wenger’s 5 from 11 choice & Be a Fab supporter

I just had a horrible vision of John Terry elbowing him in his ribs when jumping for a cross. I cannot stand that man with a passion. A Chelsea mate of mine doesn't even like him one bit and that just says all you need to know about his character.

I hope Chamakh pulls him all over the place on Sunday afternoon, gets away from Terry after a through pass from Cesc and makes the despicable piece of work pull him down in the box
