The major question is of rotation. Even with our injuries we still look to have a pretty strong squad on the whole. I think this could well be the first match where we have all of our strikers fit
I have many questions this afternoon, questions that will be answered by the boss at roughly 2.30pm. Some of my previous questions have already been answered from the boss. Kieran Gibbs is Wenger’s choice at left back which is a very good move. Gibbs can provide a great final ball which we have missed from wide areas. Gibbs is a composed, assured full back with a great shot. He isn’t quite as dynamic as Clichy just yet and may not get up and down the pitch as much as Gael but I am positive he will make an impression. He will be tested in the next few weeks so we shall see how he does defensively.
Another question is, will Arsene go back to 4-4-2 to protect his left back? With 4-2-3-1 the full backs do not always have a midfielder infront of them but having said that, the two central midfielders must come across and help their full backs when needed, as Denilson did for Clichy against Manchester City last weekend.
The major question is of rotation. Even with our injuries we still look to have a pretty strong squad on the whole. I think this could well be the first match where we have all of our strikers fit to choose from. I have had to leave Carlos Vela out of the squad for that reason. Adebayor has played three back to back games after injury which includes away for Togo so Wenger could be tempted to rest him, but having said that he has scored on each of his games so maybe Wenger will want his momentum to continue.
Bendtner, Eboue and Arshavin should be fresh and raring to go so I would have thought that Wenger could throw them in to give others a rest and fit in a rather offensively strong bench. Van Persie and Eduardo have just returned after groin strains so Wenger has a choice to make from giving them minutes to prepare for midweek or keeping them slightly wrapped up in cotton wool so they do not have any recurring problems.
Mean Lean’s Predicted Line Up

Mean Lean’s Match Prediction
Wigan 1 Arsenal 3 (Bendtner, Eduardo)
I think it will be a difficult game even though Wigan have not been in great form lately, the squad players will have to hit the ground running. I predict Wigan to start quickly and put us under pressure from the start but we have enough attacking quality to turn the match around in our favour.
