With the orange Uzbek banging on a rights issue and how much he wants to save Arsenal and provide some sterlings for Wenger to spend …

We all know that the rights issue is a bad idea, and yes .. it’s an idea more than a formulated plan on the Uzbeks behalf …

It’s complicated .. will fire up unstability in the board … and most likely harm the little investors at the club .. etc etc .. the whole issue is so debatable, we might not ever hear the end of it.

I have a message to this Red & White Holding .. a better idea for him to put his money where his mouth is …

No .. i’m not proposing he just donates money for free and good will .. that would be unfair to him on a business level (after all he is not an Arsenal supporter) ..

Why then .. doesn’t the Uzbek buy a large chunk of the Highbury appartments ?

1 – its better than donating .. as he will have assets in return for his noble intentions. He can even rent them out to his Uzbek friends and make a good return on his investment.

2 – He will relieve the club from the burden of property management and free our loan and reduce the debt ..

3 – Our debt goes down .. our loan payments go down … The club can then shift money into Arsene’s piggy bank. Everybody wins !

Are his intentions noble enough to go ahead with it ?

Naah ! .. Didn’t think so !
