So we’ve seen how Arsenal have fallen behind in the last weeks.Flamini is gone, Hleb on the verge of leaving too. Those were one of the two best players of our team. The reason for leaving is simple more money.

I guess Arsene will have to re-visit his wage structure as really if this goes on, no doubt Cesc will leave too next season. Its not fair how he has worked hard and gets half as much as people like Darren Bent, Michael Owen. He will get tempted by clubs like Madrid and Barcelona make no mistake as “this is his job he is not a fan” to put it in Arsene’s words. And the bad thing you cant blame him, they underappreaciated Flamini and A.C. Milan swept him up . We got lucky by having Clichy to step up for Ashley Cole, but who will step up for Hleb better yet, Cesc? I know this wiil stir up some arguments but if we are going to compete with the big boys we have to pay like the big boys.

I know Arsene keeps saying that we are better off with a respectable wage structure but what have we won? I recently heard Sagna getting 20,000 per week, now how is that fair while Brown earns something like 50,000? And when he leaves he is branded a money grabber? We cant blame them for leaving, blame them for leaving and earn 5,000 more but almost double a salary is certainly being underappreciated.

Robinho, Ribery, Eto’o, Villa were previously linked with Arsenal but big signings, never gonna happen as long as Arsene remains stubborn. Nobody would want to come to Arsenal and get a low salary while he is being offered much more by other clubs. When was the last big signing Arsene ever made? Why? because everybody he attempted to sign turned him down as nobody will want his wage structure so he takes a gamble like Adebayor instead of Eto’o sometimes payes off sometimes goes sour like Reyes.

So will see what happens but forget major signing, never going to happen instead we’l hope for Arsene to wake up and maybe we’l land some trophies.
