I urge each and every Gooner to HAVE FAITH IN WENGER

Think, if he had not arrived 11 years ago what would we be now? Still a mid-table club? Boring? Ordinary?

Think, is he not correct in his transfer dealings? With the exception of Hleb the rest of the squad costs peanuts. now that is the right way to go when we are nowhere as rich as the rest of the top four, or even clubs like spurs or Newcastle or man city for that matter.

Think, weren’t we not fantastic for a very long period of time this season? No matter what happens for the rest of the season we would still have topped the table longer than anyone else.

Think, is it really Wenger’s fault? Recall, the very few matches in which we actually have our 100% first choice squad with

We actually WON EVERY MATCH. Now that is something even Man U and Chelsea cannot say to have done. As we all know, we are SEVERELY hit with injury, and the saying “every Arsenal player has been injured at some time during the season” has ALREADY BECOME CLICHED. In fact there are times when half our squad is missing through suspension and injury but we still won (not counting the league cup).

I know there have been some arguments regarding buying top class footballers like Benzema or Quaresma. While I am not totally against the idea I think this really is not the way to go, at least not for Arsenal. Will we not be different from Tottenham, Newcastle or even Man U to some extent, clubs which do have players who graduated from their academy or bred from young, BUT PRIMARILY RELIES ON THE BIG PLAYERS? Think Berbatov, Owen.

I am more disappointed with a lot of Arsenal fans out there who just go flaming Wenger every time we do not win. This is Arsenal, not Chelsea. Arsenal worships Mr. Wenger, for all the things he has done. I personally will not trade Wenger for any manager in the world, and I’m sure many of the Gooners out there think the same too.
