Fellow GOONERS!

Good day folks. Greetings from the lovely US of A. As big game after big game keep popping up on our schedule, it is hard to look forward. Battling on 3 fronts, in February, means a ton of challenges lie ahead, starting with tomorrow. HOWEVER, the more i need tunnel vision glasses, the more i see the absolutely HUGE games for this club in the coming months. These games are not just big for the fans, the club, and the players, these games could potentially make heroes out of a few of our Young Guns. That’s right kiddies, football heroes. Forever. Let take a quick look forward, shall we……

2/16 FA Cup @ Manchester United
oh boy, despite this being the 5th round, this represents a MAJOR hurdle for the club. Winning here makes believers out of everyone that we can win trophies this season. Even a draw here brings this tie back home and could start a run of 4 MORE GAMES vs. United by the end of April.
Picture this:
1-1 game, 85th minute, RVP comes off the bench and wins the game on a screamer free kick!!

2/20 Champions League vs. AC Milan
might as well take on the Champions now! Really, a true must win against a legendary club, at home. Possibly the biggest game ever at the Emirates to date.
Picture this:
The Milan old folks can’t handle Adebayor and he puts in 3. 3-1 heading back to the San Siro

3/4 Champions League vs. AC Milan
how about taking the biggest team in Europe out of the Champions League in their stadium.
Picture this:
We are down 0-2, about to be shocked out of the tourney and Fast Eddy puts a rusty nail through the hearts of the San Siro faithful in the second half. Through on aggregate.

3/23 @ Chelsea
Say both Man U and us slip up over the next 6 weeks and all 3 teams are tied by this fixture. We have to WIN at Stamford Bridge. no draws, no good effort, 3 points.
Picture this:
Down 0-1 after 45 minutes. Adebayor ties it up in the 70th minute, Lampard hits the crossbar twice at the death, and Flamini bull rushes John Terry in injury time and plunks in a winner.

4/1 Champions League vs. Real Madrid
Say we draw Real MAdrid for the quarters. Never said it would be easy. Total slugfest. Another legendary fixture in the new stadium.
Picture this:
Fabregas shows em who’s boss in the second half after a 0-0 first 45 minutes. He slices the midfield to pieces, putting in Adebayor for one, and then slams one home at the death for a 2-0 victory.

4/8 Champions League @ Real Madrid
Watching Arsenal play at the Benabeau with a trip to the Champions League semi’s on the line would be legendary.
Picture this:
Van Persie puts in 2 in the first half, the crowd shuts up, and Arsenal pass the ball around at will in the second half and Real never even sniff the semi’s

4/12 @ Manchester United
How about this one. The game that will decide the Premiership in late April at Old Trafford. See how meaningful that FA cup game is now. If we already beat them here, this game becomes that much more interesting.
Picture this:
1-1 game, we struggle to handle the pressure the whole second half. Toure takes down Ronaldo in the box and he MISSES the penalty. Back the other end in injury time, Captain Gallas heads home a corner and the travelling fans go completely apeshit.

4/22 Champions League @ Barcelona
Good Evening Mr. Henry, nice to see you again. Seems funny that your injured and can’t lace up the cleats tonight. Epic battle. Picture this:
Down 2-1, Hleb shows Barca that Eastern Europeans can dribble just like the Spainards can. He completely bitches Puyol and squares up Bendtner, who is playing because Adebayor got red carded for taunting after his early goal, the Dane bicycle kicks home the equalizer.

4/29 Champions League vs. Barca
Welcome home Mr. Henry, good to see you are feeling better. Oh shit, i guess you are feeling better.
Picture this: Henry puts 2 in the net, starts crying cause he feels bad. Arsenal storm back with 3 in the second half in the best display of the year. Van Persie on a free kick, Flamini on a screamer to tie it up and Glichy scores his first goal of the year to puts the Reds in the Final

5/17 FA Cup Final @ Wembley vs. Chelsea
All London final. in London. Arsenal going for the double.
Picture this:
Huge brawl between Adebayor, Toure and Hleb vs. Fat Frank, Mikel and Joe Cole. 2 red cards each team. 9 vs. 9. Scoreless game, everyone is exhausted, it goes to extra time and we win on a own goal thanks to Terry.

5/21 Champions League Final vs. Manchester United.
More Man U. We will own them this year.
Picure this:
A romp! 4-1 Final. Goals from Adebayor,(2) Fast Eddy, and Walcott.

WE CAN DREAM RIGHT??
