I am all for constructive criticism for our players. After all we are supporters of Arsenal so we need things to talk about down the pub, before or after the game
Samir Nasri was able to get on the ball in areas that the opposition found difficult to pick up, he basically had a free role to get on the ball and create chances for other wide players or Van Persie who was operating as a lone man
Arsenal were changing up the gears and Bendtner found himself in the left channel a minute later, he crossed outside of the right foot for Nasri who was sliding in but couldn't connect with the ball
We really need to keep the main players together, champions league or no champions league. We cannot afford to have the same situation as last summer
it’ll be Vela or Eboue on the wing opposite Nasri. I know who I’d prefer, but I know who Wenger will select. Other than that it’s probably the same team that stumbled to a draw against Sunderland
I have a vague thought that previous teams were eager to score early and ran out of steam, or perhaps I have just made that up. I don't know but what I do know is that our slow tempo adds to our problems
Arshavin pulled up a little before the half time whistle and we feared that he may have picked up an injury that would have been typical of our club over the last few years
Arshavin should be ready to make his debut by starting in this game. It’s a shame that we only got to see what a Nasri/Vela combination on the wings could do in one game before Andriy picks up a starting spot
I stick by what I said at the start of the season and that was that we were capable of winning the league this season. I didn't bank on the amount of chopping and changing our side has had to endure over the course of the season
I think Andrey will be giving a chance from the start in the place of Vela, unless Arsene wants to rest Nasri as he has played a few games in a row lately
